- Once all the forms are signed, you will need to upload a copy of the players birth certificate. If you are unable to find a copy of their birth certificate, some leagues will accept a passport or drivers license. This will be handled on a case by case basis, please get with us if there are any issues.
- On the same player dashboard, you will need to click on "AVAILABLE FORMS" on the left side. Then find the Birth Certificate upload that has the Warrior SC logo and says "Birth Certificate" next to it.
- You will click "START" on this item and it will walk you through uploading the certificate or proof of birth there.
