STEP 1
- Your log in email will be the same email address you used to register your player for the club. You will need to go to www.gotsport.com and log in with that email. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to click on "forgot password" and set your password for the first time.
- Once logged in, you should see your profile, or the "parent page." You will click on the "FAMILY" tab and select the child you are wanting to complete forms or upload documents for.
