WARRIOR SOCCER CLUB SUPPLEMENTAL TRYOUTS

The Warrior Soccer Club is excited to announce our 2025 Supplemental Tryouts. These sessions are designed for dedicated players who are eager to elevate their game, strengthen their skills, and join a tradition of excellence that has defined Warrior SC for more than four decades.

Whether you’re new to competitive soccer or ready to take the next step in your development, our experienced coaching staff provides a structured, positive, and challenging environment where every player can grow.

Tryout Schedule

Monday, November 3

Boys:
• 6:00 – 7:00 PM (2018–2016 birth years)
• 7:15 – 8:15 PM (2015–2012 birth years)

Girls:
• 6:00 – 7:00 PM (2018–2017 birth years)
• 7:15 – 8:15 PM (2015–2013 birth years)

Tuesday, November 4

Boys:
• 6:00 – 7:00 PM (2011–2008 birth years)

Location

All sessions will take place at the Warrior Soccer Complex.
Please note that these sessions will be held indoors. Players should wear gym shoes or indoor soccer shoes — no cleats are permitted.

Wanna be a Warrior?

The Warrior Soccer Club offers different levels of competition based on player development. Athletes are placed on age- and skill-appropriate teams, and those teams compete in leagues and divisions that match their cumulative level of play. Warrior teams currently participate in a variety of leagues, including the Miami Valley Youth Soccer Association, Buckeye Premier Youth Soccer League, Ohio Soccer State League, and the Great Lakes Conference (USYS National League).

Our main tryouts for the upcoming season have concluded, but supplemental tryouts will be held in October and November for players still looking to join Warrior Soccer Club. Dates will vary by age group, and details will be announced at a later date. Please be sure to check and verify the date and time for your child’s age group. These supplemental sessions are designed to give our coaching staff the opportunity to evaluate players and engage with families in a focused setting.

All tryouts take place at the Warrior Soccer Complex, located at 4110 Fishburg Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. Field maps with assignments will be emailed to families and posted online prior to the first scheduled session.

What To Expect

All players, including current Warrior Soccer Club players must register for tryouts in order to receive a team invite
Tryout dates are listed above for both boys and girls.
Head Coaches evaluate and select the rosters for their teams based on player evaluations at tryouts.
While attending all tryout dates is not required, it does help the coach evaluate the player to be sure we are placing them on an appropriate skill leveled team.
After tryouts, coaches will contact all players to let them know if they made a team or not.
Those selected for a team will then receive an official invite via email that allows them to accept their spot on the team.

Other Info

We ask all payers to show up ready to play soccer as many tryouts will consist of playing small sided games. All players should wear soccer cleats, shin guards and bring an age appropriate sized ball and plenty of water.
